- Contact form messages and support correspondence are retained for a period sufficient to resolve the matter and maintain a record of our response.
- Analytics data is typically retained in aggregated form indefinitely, but individual-level data is anonymized or deleted after a defined retention window.
- Verification documents are retained only until verification is complete and for a limited period thereafter. They are deleted proactively once no longer needed.
