• By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to submit information about the tool in question — either as its owner, an authorized representative, or with explicit permission from the tool's rights holder.
• All information submitted in a listing must be accurate, current, and not misleading. Listings that contain false claims about features, pricing, user counts, or other material attributes will be rejected or removed.
• By submitting a listing, you grant SaaSCritica a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the submitted content on the platform and in associated promotional materials. This license survives the removal of your listing from the directory unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• SaaSCritica reserves the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion, without obligation to explain its editorial decision. We may also update listing information to reflect publicly available data or correct inaccuracies.
• Listings that are submitted for the purpose of manipulating search results, damaging competitors, or gaining unfair advantage through false positioning are prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in SaaSCritica's platform — including its design, structure, original editorial content, data compilations, logos, trademarks, and source code — are owned by SaaSCritica or licensed to us by their respective owners. These rights are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.
